FCT is supported in part by a grant from the City of Fairfield 's Cultural Arts Awards fund.FCT formed in 1980 with immeasurable support, assistance and backing from what was then Fairfield Leisure Services. It has been supported for 28 years by many talented, wonderful volunteers and performers who love to do live theater! FCT has been the recipient of many Arty (local awards) and SARTA (Sacramento Area Regional theater awards) over the years. Such recent headline reviews as FCT feathers its "Once Upon A Mattress" with success and "Music Man" hits all the right notes tells audiences that FCT puts on shows that are far above what one would expect from community theater! We are truly community-minded and welcome all levels of talent and support. If you can hold a paintbrush, we can teach you to paint a drop or a flat! If you can walk, we can teach you to do simple dance steps and look like a natural onstage!
